Hi
I am having major problems with NIS+
Due to a power failure our NIS+ replica was blown. A collegue repaired and reinstalled the replica with Solaris 8 (the original and Master was/is solaris 2.6)
Since then I have been unable to reset or create new passwords or credentials. Checking the NIS+ tables the password seems to have changed however the user is no longer able to use the "new password" to log in.
At the minute i am looking towards a corupt/bad public/private key between the master and new replica and or the main server.....
Any ideas.....
Thanks in advance
