NIM error need some help

Hello

I have updated my nim server to the latest AIX 5.3TL8SP3
But now when I try to create a new resource mksysb I get this error:
0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on "master":
0042-081 m_mkbosi: a resource already exists on "master" at
location "...."; due to NFS export restrictions, the
new location "..." may not be used



I did some research on google about this error and find this:

There is apparently an APAR IZ28572. The thing is I don;t know how to download it....

Could someone tell me where this APAR can be downloaded I looked around everywhere...

It's not been released as yet

A specific fix for this item is not yet available electronically
This record will be updated with a link to the fix if the APAR is new.
For APARs older than 365 days, contact your support center.

So contact IBM support as it says.....
