NIM 4.1 System Administrator Service is not starting after installation

Hi NICE Interaction Management experts
I have have installed a few NIM installations in a workgroup enviroment. I'm now atempting my first installation in a domain enviroment. The installation seems to run with no problems but after the installation many of the Nice services vil not start. I have restartin the server, stopping all NICE service and starting one at the time but they will not start. The services have status starting for a long time and try to start but fails in the end. The biggest problem is that I'm not able to log in to the system to configure the component bechause the service is not starting. Does anyone have an idea where to start troubleshooting ?

The Sentinel and Voip logger seems to work ok.

I'm installing the Unified server on windows 2008 32 bit bechause I'm integrating with Cisco CUCM TAPI.

what account are services running under. the system admin service connects to sql is there such an account in sql. what account did you deploy via NDM, have you checked the config files in server bin folder?

did you recieve any errors when deploying?, what are log levels set to can you post log of sys admin service?

have you applied latest UP pack plus hotfixes, did you run SRT with domain account you are using?
 
also ensure the domain accout has local admin and log on as a service rights
 
Hi,

I suggest to go to windows services, start the "NICE Administrator" service manually and see the error. The most of the time if the NICE Administrator service cannot start it's due to DB access failure may be the service used to run this service haven't the privileges to access to the DB.
