Good morning friends

I have once managed a Nice Perform system showing two cti integrations (SIEMENS CAP and CISCO CUCM), on a single Interactions Center (IC) but the Siemens PBX was decommissioned when I arrived, so never assured if the NP could record both PBXs.

Now my company is designing a NIM 4.1 SMB for a Call Center which have a mix of everything, namely Cisco CUCM, Avaya TSAPI for VoIP and Avaya TDM.

I have some experiences from NPX systems that allow “hybrid” or “mixed” environments like TDM and VOIP, NIM should technically support it, but may be rather a matter of costs of licenses.

The questions is could it all be fit (mixed environment) in only one box (server)?
Which are the limitations?
I have checked the IDD spreadsheets, clueless anyway.

Thanks in advance.
