Just purchased Photoshop CS2 Version 9. The Camara RAW plug-in 3.0 is present. I have a Nikon D70s. I can import NEF files from the camara using the Bridge, but when I try to open them in Photoshop CS2 I get the error message "Could Not Complete Your Request because it is not the right kind of document". I have NEF files from a Nikon D70 that open without a problem. I am clueless as where to go from here. Thanks for any help...

Nikon NEF (D70s) Files won't open in Photoshop CS2

Don't buy Nikon. My understanding is that they are encrypting their raw files so that products like Photoshop cannot open them. Nikon wants you to pay for THEIR software. Adobe has talked about this problem. There might be a DMCA problem if Adobe tries to break the encryption.
