I have a Definity G3csi v.10. Is there any way to activate a night service button remotely?

If you have the maintenance permissions to do a 'reset system 4' then they system will come back up in night service, but it will knock down the entire system and will take a while to come back up.(If it comes back up.) Not a advisable way to set the system in night service, but the only way remotely to do it that I know of. Maybe someone else will think of another way.

How about IP-Softphone to a station with a night button.

It worth the test.

do a status attendant. it service state gives you the answer. you can do an enable night-service or disable night-service on your terminal or gedi
