Hi guys,

This customer has got a 5550 and a couple of multiline sets with programable keys to change to day/night1/night2 mode.

Every time they shutdown the console, they do this very frequently for an unknown reason, the 3300 goes into Night1 mode.

Is there a way to prevent that the 3300 changes mode when they shutdown the console?

Thanks a lot, regards,

Daniel

As far as i'm aware this has always been the case with consoles and is not changeable. last console on the system goes absent and service will change to Night1.

When i've had similar in the past we have used Night 1 as "day" service etc to get around the issue. However this could cause issues at night if the system resets as it will probably revert to Night1 unless you set schedules etc.

As per 12345kevin this is cannot be changed. If you uses 5550 or 5540 this will happen automatically on either operator absent or loss of comms to last available console.
