Night Time Auto-Attendant not working

I have a Release3.0 Magix that will ring extensions when Night Service is "on" but will not go to the Night AA. Phones just ring and ring until someone answers.

NS Attendant is 10 (main console)
NS Group Call ext. is 771 - I setup 771 to include the phones that are supposed to ring at night.

Problem is that the AA doesn't pick up.

Am I not getting to the AA because I have Night service extensions as well as a Night service group extension?

If I use 770 as the NS Group Call ext., NS calls go directly to a user's mailbox.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What user's m/b are the calls going to? You just described how to send calls to the auto-attd through night service, as well, you need to assign the lines you want to go to night service. The only reason I can think why the calls would be going to someone's m/b is because he/she has them assigned to him/her as a principal user or they are assigned to him/her in the vm under line assignment. Hope this helps.

SHOULD 770 be used as the NS Group Call extension? When it is setup this way, NS calls go straight to ext. 24. Nothing special about this extension, so far as I can tell.... there are no lines assigned to this m/b in vm line assignment.

I will have to check further tomorrow whether I have lines assigned to night service. If memory serves me correctly there are no lines in NS group call right now. I am new to Magix programming so I tend to overlook some obvious stuff.

If I DO get NS calls to ring the AA, how do I control the # of rings setting before AA picks up? I would like night calls to ring 6 times before the AA comes on.
