I have a Release3.0 Magix that will ring extensions when Night Service is "on" but will not go to the Night AA. Phones just ring and ring until someone answers.
NS Attendant is 10 (main console)
NS Group Call ext. is 771 - I setup 771 to include the phones that are supposed to ring at night.
Problem is that the AA doesn't pick up.
Am I not getting to the AA because I have Night service extensions as well as a Night service group extension?
If I use 770 as the NS Group Call ext., NS calls go directly to a user's mailbox.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
