Im pulling my hair out trying to figure out what ive done wrong.

IPO 500v2 R8.1
We need to have 5 voicemail answer messages at different times & Days

One for normal office hours - 9-5 (rings for 30secs then plays a "we are Busy" msg on loop)
one for Fade out 5pm-6pm (rings for 10secs then plays the Night service msg)
one for night service 6pm-9am (1sec to voicemail with a "we are closed" msg)
one for weekends - sat & sun (1sec to voicemail with the night service msg)
one for holidays - xmas, easter etc. (1sec to voicemail with "we are on holiday - closed" msg)

we have 1 main number which goes to "Main 0800" HG on ext 200
i have set up a Night service HG on ext 201 "NS 0800"
i have set up a Fade out HG on ext 203 "closing 0800"
and 1 for holidays HG on ext 202 "Holiday"

i have set up 4 time profiles:
Holiday Periods - specific dates
Closing Down - 5pm-6pm Mon to Fri
Night Service - 6pm-9am Mon to Fri and All Sat & Sun
Day Service - 9am-5pm Mon to Fri

on incoming call route i have set up
deafault - Main 0800
closing down - NS 0800
Night service - NS 0800
Holiday periods - Holiday

set fall back on hunt group on NS 0800 to
time profile - Night service
OOS - n/a
Night service fallback grp - Closing 0800

the thing is when i phone 9-5 i get the correct message (Main 0800), when i phone 5-6 i get the correct msg(NS 0800), but when i phone 6pm+ i get the msg that is set for the Main 0800 HG.

Pls help before i rip out my beautiful red hair and end up bald.

Do you have embedded voicemail or VMPro(preferred)?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Why no use use your timers against your incoming route only.
That way you can set up different destinations based on the timers and the destinations can be left operating in one mode. Normal mode.

CarGoSki hits it right on the head, it is the simplest way to achieve your goals and most reliable as well.
