I have a customer that have a BCM 400 4.0
We were using call pilot to answer all the call until a reception was hired.
After the reception was hired the call pilot was set to answer calls after 4 rings
the problem i have is at night it also take 4 rings before call pilot answer the phone also.
I know in other system that i work on there is a night services feature once that feature is enable the auto attendant will answer the calls right away.
Is there anything in the BCM like that. I look at the manual but i don't see a feature like that.
