Hello, I am new to Nortel products and need some help with this setup. Just installed a BCM with callpilot vm. We are using PRI. Currently I am sending the main number to the reception phone and the autoattendant answers after 6 rings. We are using live receptionist during the day and full autoattendant for after hours. What would be the best way to set this up. Is it possible to program a night service buton? Thanks...

Set F983 - AA - Lines - table 1 - Rings 6. Don't forget to set DRT to Prime to NO and your transfer call back timer to the max of 12.

2. Then go under services and create ringing group 001. Remove 221 from it (it's there by default) and add the first port of the voicemail and only the first port of the voicemail. Then go to Sched: Night and set it to manual. then header out and go to Common settings - Control sets - For lines - Show line:___ - Enter you lines and make the control set for your lines be one of the phones in the original incoming hunt group. That will be the person who at night will press Feature 871 (you can put it on a single button) and turn the service on at night. Then the voicemail will answer the incoming calls immediately.

Thanks, MRoberts, worked like a charm. The only thing is i couldn't find the ports assigned for the call pilot on the bcm. I just assigned the voicemail DN as the only member of ringing group 001. Thank-you..

The Vmail DN you used and MRoberts advised port to use...same same :)
