I am trying to send calls to AA during Night Mode
Who is the night service operator?
Is Calling Group 770 voicemail?
How do I program a Night Service Button?

probably your night service operator would be your main console, but, each operator in your system is a night serv. operator. Then you would assign enter your main consoles ext. number as the operator. Then assign your vm calling group under group calling. Then assign the lines you would like to go to night serv under night serv-->group assign-->lines. Then assign a night serv button on the console(*39) that should do it.
