What is the best way to set up night service - I have about 20 numbers that are anwered by the receptionist during the day, but at night I need them to go to 20 different extensions - any suggestions.

Thanks a mil

Look on the trunk form for each incoming number. You can specify what extension should be used for night service....

One easy to do this is set up a coverage path. Have the calls route normaly but do not have send all calls on it. Add a next path to this cover path that has only send calls on it. When they go home in the evenings they activate send all calls on the phones either through a system wide feature access code or a button on a digital set. The calls are routed to the secondary cover path to whatever you wish. Hope this helps.
