How do I set up Night service in a Legend/MAP5 configuration?

basically, in the audix you need to set the business schedule, create a day and night auto-attendant, assign the bus. sched. to the attendant routing.

in the merlin, assign your trunks to the calling group created for Auto-Attendant service.

in the audix, remember to build your 'tree' backwards, in other words, create sub-menus and announcements first, and the actual auto-attendant last.

there are several specific steps to be taken, depending on how the AA is to be activated and how calls are directed to the AA. If you could supply more information as to how you 'expect' the system to work, I'm sure the group can supply you with more specific information.

OK. At this time all the lines ring 7100 (DLC Operator) and cover to vm (calling group 7501).

What I want is to have 4 rings (no more) then an AA. At 5 PM or if Night Service is on I want 0 rings with AA picking up immediately. Night message must be different that day AA if possible.

How do I do all this?
