Night Service

I have a BCM450 6.0 with a PRI that rings to a live person during the day and the AA is set to answer on 10 rings as a back up. I want to set a schedule so the AA will answer immediately at night.

The PRI number rings in on target line 361.

Night schedule is set to start at 17:00 and stop at 08:00 and ringing service is set to Auto.

Ring Groups line 361 Night is set to ring group 002. Group Membership 002 has 2429 as its only member, this is Call Pilot.

I have done this at other sites but for some reason its not working at this one. The line continues to ring at night like day, the schedule is not taking over. What am I missing?

Take it off of Auto and use Manual just for testing. If that don't work then look at who the control set is for that line. At least that's a good place to start.
