Hi all,

I have an Avaya Definity prologix that a customer asked me to dial into. So, unfortuantely, practically no info. Here's the issue: The main phone/receptionist is ext 820. Cov 1 is Time of day coverage path 1. It appears to be set-up to send calls to cov path 13 during the day and then cov path 41 at night. It doesn't appear to be working. They are hitting a button to turn on the night service but the button is a "send-calls" buttonwith no extension attached.

Any ideas.

What currently happens when ext 820 doesn't answer during the day. And what happens during the night?
If I remember correctly, a 'send all calls' button without an extension sends all calls for that phone that the button is on. If it has an extension for SAC, then it sends all calls for that other extension.
