hello

i am trying to setup night service forwarding using ccm 4.1

how can this be done i have looked on help files and have found nothing

if you want it be automatic use time of day routing. If you want it to be operator controlled then use cfwd just like any other user.
 
hello mate i have tried using Time of day routing but i can still dial out

also i want to divert a internal phone to another internal number after 7pm auto and then remove the divert at 7am the next day


how can this be done?????

Attached is the link to the Cisco documentation for Time of Day routing, which sounds like what you are attempting to do. You said that you tried and it did not work. Maybe you missed something.

As with all CUCM versions there's multiple steps to accomplish one task. Sometimes you get lost in the process and the Admin or Sys guides can really help get you back on track.


RE: calling out, I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but TOD is routing for Inbound calls.

Time of day routing works fine. If it is not working for you please check your configuration and make sure it matches the document above.
