No doubt Mitel has heard a lot of complaints about this.
I have no idea what the programmers were thinking; it's a great idea but they botched it.
If we're going to offer a "programmable" night service, in my opinion it needs to be done similar to the way the big voice mail systems do it with attendant schedules.
You then need the ability to have multiple attendant schedules, so each tenant can have his own.
You also need the ability to create holiday and weekend schedules as well as be able to select which days are "holidays" and which are considered "weekends".
Not everyone works a 5-day Monday through Friday week
