I've searched through this forum and can't find the exact issue I'm trying to resolve. I have a customer who has a Magix 3.0 and Merlin Messaging with 4424 sets. They have three sets of lines Family, Staff, and Business. Each of the lines use Principle User programming to go to the respective mailbox (3 different mailboxes). What I want to do is place the system in Night mode and have the lines ring directly to their private mailbox. I read in the manual to use VMS cover on in NS programming, add each of the mailbox extensions in NS programming, and program a VMS Coverage button on each of the phones. When I press the Night Button for the NS group, the Coverage VMS button does not change it's status. If I have NS group set for the voicemail, the lines still go to AA. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Because you have lines assigned to Principal User, I would think that you would need to have those Principal Users go into DND to make VM answer immediately.
