I have an existing NIGHT SERVICE set up for MANUAL that diverts calls to another internal department DN. This is working just fine on the PRI. I now have another incoming number that needs to be diverted to a different department. Both of these are turned on and off at different times. I noticed that I could not have both of these controlled by the same DN using F871 on the same set so I set up the second one on another set. I noticed now that I am seeing both the Schedule 1 and 2 as an option when I press the button I programmed as F871 on both sets. I am concerned that the staff will be in a hurry and activate the wrong service on the second set.

IS there any way that each set only can activate their designated Schedules and not control or even see the other schedule as an option? What is the best way to program this? They only want MANUEL Services because of daily schedule changes in each department. Thanks

So.....why not just Call Forward for the 2nd? I doubt that you can have 2 or more different Night Service times.

You need to make sure each set is a "Control Set" for the given lines.
If one set is not a control set for a given line then "Denied in Admin" will appear on the display.
