Night Service Setup

Do you mean ext 308 is part of night service?
Go into service modes, press show, press next till you see Name: Night then press show, press nexttill you see show line: and enter line 1(001) then press show when it says ringing sets, press next till you see ext 308 and then press remove,press heading then enter line 2(002) and repeat above for all the lines....hope this is what you after.
