Night Service section from the System Coordinator Guide?

The only SCG I can find that appears applicable to my version of the MICS is (rather annoyingly) missing the entire section on Night Service. Does anyone happen to have a complete copy they can email me or direct me to?

I have no idea which version of the guide it is, but it's the one that has "7. Night Service" starting on page 74 and ending on page 82. Since I'm having some completely random issues with the manual Night Mode I setup, I'm hoping I can get a copy and it could shed some light. Would be extremely grateful!

But since I'm here anyway, perhaps you guys could help me on one thing - with Night Mode enabled, IF a called follows the directions and leaves somebody a message, all goes well. But if they instead hang up without doing anything, the system sometimes keeps the line they've hung up from busy for a LONG time (I've seen as much as 3 minutes!). Not a big deal because we have multiple lines going to night mode and we're highly unlikely to have a huge volume of calls after-hours, AND it's only doing it intermittently, but it does bug me a bit. Anyone seen anything like that before?

You need to post what version software is in your MICS.
Maintence/SystemVersion
Compare that number here to get the version #:
Lines that get hung by voice mail are usually do to no Disconnect Supervision programmed on the system or by the carrier, you need both to work (for release to be detected)
Go into Lines/001/LineData/TrunksMode/ cange it from Unsupervised to Supervised.

Making the lines supervised did the trick, thanks!

Edit: Oh, and our SP is 30JBM07, so that's MICS 1.1 version M07, right?

Just out of casual interest...what does the "30" before it stand for and the phrase "NAT" that appears after?

Cannot recall but your right , MICS 1.1
