Night service schedule to a Night service buttons? 1

On a merlin legend with 007MLM and a PRI how do I change when the Night AutoAttendant picks up? I want it to work when the night service button is pressed and not the timed schedule. Client wants to press the night service button at any time. It currently works with the a timed schedule. I just acquired this client and didn't set programm anything yet. Thank you.

In the adminstration menu for the 007MLM you can set the schedule. You can set it to follow the business schedule (which it sounds like it is already), follow the Merlin Legend mode (which would change to night only when the night button is pressed), or follow both the schedule and the Merlin Legend Mode. The last is the option you want so it will follow the schedule set-up, but also allow you to press the night service button to activate it.

I looked at their programming and they have night service buttons that when pushed don't have any effect at all. I checked and lines are assigned to night service. The night service only works in the business schedule mode. Thank you, I will try just the Merlin Legend mode and see what happens.
