Night Service on CICS v7.1

Hi...

Good Day...

We're using CICS v7.1

we have a custodian and once we enable the Night Service he wants his phone to ring but in the morning it should be appear only...

Where is the setting that I need to adjust to make this thing happen?

Services -> Ringing Service -> Ringing Groups. Create a Group with the phones that should ring after hours and the lines.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Ok i went to Ringing Groups but i saw group:01
21:assigned
22:unassign

where can I create a group?
maybe 01 02 03 are the Group but where exactly can I adjust line 1 2 3 & 4 should ring after we enabled the Night Service?

Sorry if I need more advanced help because i'm really new on this telephony stuff :)

Hi..

you know I think i got it..

on Sked:Night on Line 1 2 3 & 4 this service is using group 01 so i just need to assign the the extension # of our custodian...

Yep. Just make sure the lines are appear only on his set. Adding him to the Night mode ring group will make them ring.

The only caution on this- are you using VM with Auto Attendant?
