night service on bcm 4.0 1

I know this subject has come up before but after reading all the previous posts, I still don't have a good understanding of how to implement a night service.
I guess I'm getting thick, but I need it spelled out for me step by step.
My customer has a BCM 400 4.0 and they want it set up so that when they leave for the night or any other time, the auto-attendant picks up right away instead of waiting for the 4 rings. They want to perform this manually,because the business does not operate on a set schedule.
So I have the operator logging in and shutting the business down , it stops ringing at the console but it still rings 4 times before going to AA.
How do I do get the AA to pick up right away?

Here's how I do it.

Change ring group 2 - remove the default set from ring group 2. Add the pilot DN of your voicemail (you get this by pressing Feature 985). Remove the default DN from ring group 1 as well. Ring group 1 is the default ring group for all lines - if you have any target lines for DID numbers or what not you could send those directly to voicemail if you use ring group 1.

Under line settings for the night service, find the lines you want to control and set those to be members of ring group 2.

Make sure the control set specified on the trunks is the set that will be turning the service on and off. Program a button with Feature 871 on it, then press that button to turn the service on and off.
