Night Service not picking up

I have the NS button on ext 10, the ext in the NS groups I want to ring but when the NS button is on the incomming lines just rings and rings. We are not using AA and have a night message recorded??

Spent several hours on this and any help would be great

What do want to answer? Just putting extensions into the Night Service group will make them ring when NS is turned on.

If you are trying to make the auto attendant answer when the NS is on, assign the lines in #206-7, set the number of rings in #506-2, and set to Night Only in #507.
