Night Service light mot functioning

I have a Definity 9.5 switch with an obscure issue. The night service lamp does not always turn on, even though it is actually functioning properly. I have assigned one station with the Night Service function and leave it on full time. The problem appears in either state day or night. After a power fail in the Night mode the system runs all checks and fully restores to a proper state, however, it returns to the Night state, but the green LED does not come on. I have tried replacing the Station card (replaced the 16 channel with a 2224 24 channel card), Clock Card, and 2402 processor, all with the same failure after boot up. All other functions do not appear to have a problem after a boot up.
Thanks

After restore of power and nignt button on set is not lit and night service is active, can you change station and remove the button? Does this return object in use and button cannot be removed?

From SAT Command: enable night-service and disable night-service should toggle off and on.
Depressing night button on phone with system night button should toggle state of system night service
Command: enable / disable night-service.
Command: status attendant x

I can delete the button and move it to another station, but the problem follows. I can disable and enable and it works on another station. The problem is, it does not indicate night service, no matter where I put it after a reboot. The function always works, but the light does not turn on. If it is in Day mode, when it reboots, it works correct. The only fail function is no illumination of the light in Night mode after reboot.

Reboots should not occur that often.
Sounds like a bug that was never fixed for g3v9 software.
System by design will be on night service after it boots.
