Night service information mail box 1

I have reception on ext 200 with a personal DDI and personal mail box

Currently main DDi is on target line 126 that rings one hunt group with 200 the only member then another group with several other extns that works well

I have ring group 02 for night mode set with extn 312 the voice mail

When reception activates night service all calls to target line 126 goes to the general delivery mailbox this works fine

the customer absolutely does not want people to leave msgs so I cannot use general delivery...

can anyone think of a way to get call into an information mailbox in this scenario ?

Give the Recpt 200 a Vmail box, but don't make any Forward busy or forward no answer on phone.

That was my first thought but the reception has a personal ddi and personal voice mail so i can not forward the calls to mailbox 200

Turn off the Gen Del mailbox.

Put in an alternate greeting on the general delivery mailbox and set it to not accept messages.

In your Table use a different tree at night that will be a "Home Information Node" instead of a "Home Menu Node". This will play your message and disconnect after.
