CM rel is 5.2
tenant partitioning is set to y. Night service extn is defined in the TN that attd is using.
two attd's- one is set as principal and the second is day only.
Call is coming through a vector step-- dial 0 to speak to the receptionist (route to number 1234, where 1234 is the attd 1 extn).
When the principal attd enables the night service (status shows the attd is in night service) the callers still get routed to the receptionist instead of the night service extn.

What am I missing? please help.

Is the VDN the same TN as the attendant TN
Is the incoming trunk-group the same TN as the attendant TN
NOTE: system night service, is separate from trunk-group night service, and incoming call handling night service for PRI
activation is system night service button per attendant group, trunk-ns button for trunk-group night service

first, make station to station call to VDN (night service active and not active)
second, make incoming trunk-call to VDN (night service active and not active)

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
