I have done plenty of reading and a lot of testing on this and can't come up with the desired solution.
I have a DCG group that is being accessed with DNIS digits, no CO lines.
At night only - using automatic time start night service - I would like an AutoAttd to pick up ( Merlin Mail ).
I cannot find a way to redirect the group at night only to anything.
There doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to do this.
Anyone have any ideas ?

You will probably have to make an autoattendant to match this DNIS, and have it answer ALL calls. For day use you can say something like, "Thanks for calling, you're call will answered by the next available...." Have no options in the Day menu, and then have the dial 0 timeout direct to the desired DCG.

That seems to be about the best answer I can come up with also.
I have a second delay announcement in the que and know how to overflow with a # sign, but the ACD super is not for that :-(

Thanks for the reply.
