Having a hard time searching this board. Here's what I'm trying to do. A customer of mine has Calling group 772 overflow to VM group 770 after 30 seconds. When Ext-10 presses Night service button, AA picks up immediately. Now, customer requests that they want several phones to ring about 2 times before the AA picks up. This is so that night staff can answer calls if the security company is calling in. Is there a painless way to do this? Thanks in advance, Cale

I've noticed the cosmetic changes to Tek-tips, but has the keyword search function gone haywire? Still trying to figure this night service out.

I could take 772's overflow time down to 12 seconds, but this would affect day and night handling. I'm looking for 2 rings at night only. Any ideas?

One option and teh easiest here, is to setup an adjunct with coverage on up to 8 phones, the ones used by the night folks. Keep the AA the same as before, but add an option for the Security Folks, to transfer to that adjunct. Don't change the message, just add the button programming to transfer the Securuty call to the adjunct that is covered. That way, it stays "secure".
