I have a situation with a nursing home when they put night service on at console the inbound calls go to Ext 5097. This is fine, but when the patients dial 0 it goes no where so i'm told. I think the 0 calls would still go to the Attd but no body is answering. Is it possible that all we have to do is forward all calls from 4700 ( the attd )to 5097.
