I have night service schedule set on a bcm50. When it is in service calls are answered immediately and go to vm. Customer would like 3 ring delay. Not using AA during the day. Can't seem to find where to set delayed answer for night service only. Thanks
You need to go into the Call Pilot and set up a CCR tree. Against the line number, you can set up the number of rings against a particular line before it goes to voicemail.

Thanks for your replies. What customer wanted was to be able to answer calls after hours in some cases. I decided to program a night service button so he can deactivate the scheduled services if wanted. Thanks.
