Night Service control set

I have a BCM 50 thats whipp'n me. I can't seem to allow for set 289 to be the control set. I have changed about everything i can, still with no luck. Please help.

You have changed the Control set for the sets and the lines and it tells you Denied in Admin when using F871?

can someone please tell me the heading or the tab that is used to set the control set for setting the service mode?

You go under active sets and open the capabilities tab. For the lines look under Active Physical Lines and you will see Control Set listed for each line. If you have target lines then look there and so on.
