Night Service/CCR Problem

I have a BCM 200 3.6, Night service is set to manual, when F871 is pressed all calls go into night service,this works fine. The problem is, if the customer wants to leave early and use F982 to turn on the night greeting setting Business open to No, it turns on the night greeting but disables the CCR tree. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
 
you have to change the answer lines from yes to No.
do not change the busines open from yes to no because is only for auto attenta.
 
I have tried the answer line setting also,I still get the same problem. I have a Demo system in my office that I was able to get it working on no problem, so I do not think it is a config issue,I have not seen anything in the recent patches for 3.6 V.mail that addresses this issue.
 
Have you set the CCR tree on the out of hours parameter.

The only reason I ask is the system will go to this section of the greeting table if the customer sets the bussiness to closed.
