Night Service BCM and Norstar 1

If I'm setting up a "Night Service" on a BCM where all calls ring straight to Auto Attendant after hours and calls during the day wait 4 rings and then go to Auto Attendant, is the programming the same in the BCM as in the Norstar?

Same concept as the Norstar - build your ring groups, assign lines to the ring groups, enable the service and you're good to go.
