Hi all,
I have an S8400 with a PRI for inbound/outbound calling. We have DID's and a main number. During the day the main # goes to the receptionist and the DID's go to their assigned stations. However, at night when the receptionist hits the "night service" button, the DID's start ringing to the night service destination instead of the proper stations. Any ideas on how to fix this?
The PRI is trunk group 1 and I do have a destination in the "night" field.
