On our Magix we have 'Night Service' set to cover five incoming phone lines whenever the 'Night Service' button is pushed on the operator station. This has worked well for about eight years.
We now have a need to use those lines in different buildings. It is my understanding that I should be able to have a phone in that coverage group disable 'Night Service' for that phone when we need it. I have attempted to do this with the 'Coverage VMS' feature. When the 'Night Service' button is pushed on the operator station, the extension with the 'Coverage VMS' button does light up but when pressed to deactivate for that extension the calls still go to 'Night Service'. I am sure that I am missing something but what is it?
