Can anyone tell me how I can stop the auto attendant from answering calls when night service is off? I have 007 MLM with legend system. I have set up the auto attendant control for Merlin Legend control only and enabled control in the Legend system. The auto attendant continues to answer calls even when night service is off.

Are the ports of the VM set to delayed answer? If they are set to immediate answer, I don't think it matters how you set the autoattendant to follow schedule or legend.
Go through the setup steps again out of the Mail manual. If one thing is wrong, weird things happen.
