Night Service AA

Merlin Magix w/ Merlin Messaging system. Have checked everything I can think of. I can not get the night greeting to play when the calls go into VM when the night button is pressed. Any suggestions? I have rerecorded all greetings to makes sure everything is proper. I have deleted mailboxes that were programmed to be AA's. I'm thinking someone did something somewhere along the way, but I can't find it. Even when I assign the lines directly to Grp Call 770 in and out of night service(the lines are assigned in night service and 770 is assigned in night service and calls go sraight to VM, just not the night greeting), the only greeting that will play is the day greeting. There is no time profiles, and in the Messaging it is set to follow switch mode.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You could use a group.
This group is assigned as your AA in messaging. That group is then entered as the night service group. All lines are assigned to the night group.

When you dial the group, AA should answer. When in night service, ringing lines should be answered by night service.
Or something like that.

 
Are the lines possibly assigned to a different AA in the messaging (assuming you are using POTS lines)?

Group type can be left as default. Does not need to be integrated vmi. Set this new group to overflow to the integrated vmi group. Everything else should be default. Build a box in messaging and set it to the correct auto attendant number. Dial the group and your AA should answer. Add that new group to night service. Assign the lines to night service. When in night service your AA should answer.
