Night Ringing

Have a BCM 3.7 freshly patched.They have a ringing services button.If you turn on services auto attendant will not answer until the four rings set in auto attendant programming.I've tried auto instead of manual and the service will come on, but it won't answer until 4 rings.
Line 492 assigned to Ext. 260.Ext.260 is control set for line 492.492 in ring group 5.Voicemail DN in ring group.
Any Ideas?

there was another post recently ...similar issue ...it requires a reboot, when it has been changed
