Night Ring 1

Hi Team,

I don't normally work on Merlin legend and need to program a button at the operator's phone that when turned on will ring several stations at the same time. Any help would be appreciated. I have SPM on my laptop and the adapter for admin port.

Hi config5623. I don't know who's on your "team", we're just a bunch of folks who are willing to answer questions on a public forum

In WinSPM, press System Program, Start (or Exit of it's a Legend instead of a Magix), then select Night Service

Press Group Assign, then Extensions, dial the extension number of the Operator position that has the Night Service button and press Enter, then dial the extension number that you want to ring when in night service, and press enter. Keep entering extension number and enter until you are done, then press Back

Now press Group Assign again, and this time press Lines. Dial the extension number of the Operator position that has the Night Service button and Enter, then dial the line numbers and press Enter after each.

Press Exit (or Home) and you should be good to go.

Hi TouchToneTommy it worked like a charm. Apologize for the Team thing. That comes from 25 years of Military. It took me a couple of years to quit saying Sir. Old habits are hard to break.
