Night Ring

My Night Service is working for local calls, but not for calls coming in over my 1-800 number. The 800 number is actually "pointed" to the local number.

How do I find out if the 800 number is coming in on a different "line" than the local even if it is pointed to the local number.

If it is on a different line, how do I get the night service to apply to that line?

i would call the Toll Free provider and verify what number it is pointed to. Then go into services and make sure that the line number in question is assigned to group 01, assuming 01 is the group you are using in the night set up.
