We have a PRI that rings in to the receptionist. At night it has to ring to multiple extensions. There is no AA. I could set up a ring group, but don't want ring group to ring during the day. What am I missing?
Simple solution may be to create a Multicall or Keyline DN on all the sets that you want to ring at night. Then put that DN in the Call Reroute options for the main #. There are limitations on how many appearances you can have depending on platform type.
