Night Ring Through Speakers - can I have power issue?

I have a Merlin Magix with a Bogen 100C amp. I added a NR100, which is a device Bogen sells to allow the amp to send warble tone through the speakers when an extension is called (NR stands for night ring of course.) It took me a while and 2 units from Bogen to get this working. It worked for 2 hours and then stopped. The Magix has some other issues; the buttons on the TDL phones don't work sometimes and I can no longer get the modem to answer when I call it remotely. Is there a chance these issues could be connected and the power supply and/or processor on the Magix could be the culprit? It is also an unusual setup in that I am using a tie line board connected to a MultiTech unit to connect it to another location instead of a T1 board (the main location already had 3 T1's so this was the only thing I could come up with when they added a 4th site.)

I am going out there to make sure none of the connections are loose (not very likely in a locked room but you never know) and replace all the Magix hardware just to see if it makes a difference. I am wondering if there is anything else I could check for troubleshooting purposes. Thanks as always.

I may have some ideas.

NR Not ringing - What is the CYCLE (Hz) Setting on your T&R Board?

Buttons on TDL's - Is it always the same Phone(s)?

Modem Not Working - Try resetting that at the Attendant Console (you could call the attendant and ask them to do it for you.)

The TDL Slow Down could be, other than some bad sets, that your processor needs to just be restarted. In theory, that doesn't need to be done 'cause it does something every morning at 3:00AM or so. However, that's a soft reset, a hard POWER CYCLE Reset may be better.

Of course, you can take your handy dandy VOM and see what the voltage is at the Power Unit.

Upon further review... TDL board was bad, replaced it. Put a voltage meter on the T/R connection on the night ringer, verified it is getting proper voltage. Works randomly when you wiggle the audio output cord so am replacing that. Reset the modem and still can't get in remotely but this is a remote location - an egg farm - so problem could be poor CO line quality. They also had calls 'being dialed and going nowhere' which could be because 1 of their CO lines was unplugged...
