Night Mode on the fly

I have a customer that needs to be able to put the autoattendant in night mode whenever they feel like it. They often close at ramdon times during the day. I have the night ringing set up to go straight to AA but they need it to go to ccr tree 2 as well.

Program a nite key on her phone. Will toggle nite svc on/off.

I do have a night ringing service button on her phone...But that does not send it to the night AA (ccr tree 2 instead of ccr tree 1)

That is controlled by the AA Greeting Table and can't be changed on the fly. The only thing you could do is use Holiday menus to make it easier.

Yeah....I didn't see any other way to do it either. Seems like a pretty basic feature to be missing.

Now that I think about, you can call in remotely and change the Business Open/Closed. Just make your Business Closed times use CCR 2. Use cell or any available line, dial in access SM mbox, change Business Status.
