Hi Folks,

I am trying to program a new Night Mode 2 on Console, but can't seem to find information in the manual for programming procedure. In Call Rerouting form, I was able to program Night 2 to go to new destination when the internal callers press 0, but can't seem to find where to program for external calls! Is it in a different form?

Mitel's documentation has nothing under "night", "call rerouting", "night mode", or anything like that. What am I missing (besides a brain, yeah!)? Please point me in the right direction as a search on this website turned up nothing of value.

Thanks!

I depends on the type of trunk.

If the trunk is a DID and it lands on a LDN (on the console) in Day Service then form 19 - DID Attendant Access Night Points will route the call.

If the Trunk is an analog copper Non-Dial In Trunk then you need to program the Night 2 destination field in form 14
