Here the problem

I have a customer with a magix and merlin messaging. When she press the night button, the night message go on but if a press 0 it ring all the time and never go in the general mailboxe.

Any clue please
 
Log into the System Administrator's mailbox.

Check the schedule options for the Auto Attendant. Does it follow the switch or the business schedule?

Now play the menu configuration for the appropiate AA menu. What is the Dial 0/timeout option?
