Basically, we have an AutoAttend module to test whether we are in or out of hours, which is fine, it understands this. When it's out of hours, it should forward to a huntgroup voicemail.

We had an engineer set up a module to go allow us to record a night wav for the voicemail which works, however, I'm not sure how to ensure this wav file is being used for the huntgroup voicemail instead of the default greeting (it's not doing this at the moment - just saying something like 'IP office is answering this call').

Any ideas would be good...

Thanks

You need to make sure the record module the engineer made points to the actual file name of the huntgroup greeting. The file should be under: ProgramFiles-->VMailPro-->VM-->Greetings--> "HuntGroupName.wav" If you havnt recorded a greeting yet for the huntgroup then you should do this first and then verify the record module points to the correct file...

if you are transfering night calls to a Group Mailbox then it will be the greeting for the mailbox that needs recording.

Unles the Nght group is also being placed into nightservice it will be the STANDARD greeting that gets played (this can cause confusion).
