night greeting can not re record ?

hi everyone.
My customer is trying to re record her night greeting and can not.

she gets as far as the greeting and press's change and nothing happens. any ideas ??

all i get on options is internal and external, where are you trying to record after hours? if your using tod on a menu service then that app id records just like any other recording. if it doesn't give you any prompts i would delete it and put it back in
